INTRODUCTION
This book will endeavor to give you the required information
to maneuver your finances into the shark infested waters of Credit and into the
gentle calm waters of a stellar credit rating. We will not give you theories or
ideas that we have not tried and used personally. There will be fluff or magic
formulas that can take your horrible credit with 550 scores to stellar 750
scores overnight. If someone offers that they can do these impossibilities you
need to run as fast as you can. They are only going to take your money and
probably you will end up in a worse condition than when you started with them.
This will be a series of topics all related to Credit and
improving your credit. It some cases it will be a hard journey but we must
remember that the end will pay many dividends such as lower mortgage and or
personal loan rates and can affect other areas such as what your premiums are
for your car insurance or home owners insurance. I remember getting turned down
for homeowners by a very popular insurance company years ago for homeowners
insurance.
